HOW TO USE THIS PUBLICATION

Using Search

ACCESSING THE SEARCH PAGES

The first way is through the Home page or one of the Resources pages, eg. Sample Programs and Units, Annotated Work Samples, etc. This takes you to the General Search page. You will need to select a Search Method, enter/select your search criteria and press Search.

Click on the two oval images above to see examples of the Search link.

The second way of entry is through one of the Key Learning Areas. Click on the Search button in the top navigation interface to go to the Search page. The List Search method will default with that Key Learning Area.

HOW THE SEARCH PAGE WORKS

The search methods are shown in a blue tab similar to the one shown below in the Search page. Each search method operates independently of each other.

List Search (1.) allows users to display predetermined search results according to Key Learning Area, Levels, Strands and Document Types.

Select each drop-down box in turn and press the Search button.

Learning Outcome Code Search (2.) and Keyword Search (3.) works by users entering Kidmap codes or keywords and pressing the Search button.
